1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using StructForensic™ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary algorithms, computational scripts, 2D SVG graphic visualizers, technical defect summaries, and logos on StructForensic™ are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may export and print PDF site inspection reports for legitimate engineering project audits, but you may not scrape, republish, or reverse-engineer our computational logic without written permission.

3. Permitted & Prohibited Use

You agree to use StructForensic only for lawful purposes related to civil and structural engineering assessment. You agree not to attempt to disrupt server operations, inject malicious payloads, or misuse automated scripts against our endpoints.

4. Third-Party Links & Advertisements

The Service displays advertisements served by Google AdSense and may contain links to external third-party testing laboratories or material manufacturers. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or business practices of third-party websites.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
